Wedgwood Group, Inc., doing business as True Level Advisory ("True Level," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal and business information when you visit our website, engage us for a Capital Intelligence Report, Advisory Assessment, or optional fractional CFO services, enroll in SMS/text messaging, or otherwise interact with us.
"Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) is information that can identify you on its own or when combined with other information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we handle your information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

We use your information strictly to provide and improve our advisory services. Specifically, we may use your information to:
We understand that the financial documents you share are highly sensitive. This section explains exactly how they are used.
Processing your documents for your report. We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to read and extract data from the documents you upload so that we can generate the analysis and insights in your Capital Intelligence Report. This processing is performed to deliver the service you requested.
Human oversight of decisions. Our AI and automated tools assist our advisors; they support the analysis, but the resulting recommendations, borrowing-base figures, and advisory conclusions are reviewed by our human advisory personnel. We do not use AI to make legally or financially significant decisions about you without human involvement. If you would like more information about the logic involved or wish to request human review of any output, contact us at [email protected].
Model improvement and training. We do not use your uploaded financial documents or the contents of your individual submissions to train or improve our AI/ML models. Any improvement of our systems is performed using aggregated and de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your business, or using separate test data.
Third-party AI vendors. Where we use third-party AI service providers to help process documents or power our Chatbot and Voice AI, we contractually require those providers to use your data only to provide services to us and prohibit them from using your data to train their own models.
Ownership. You retain ownership of all content and documents you upload. All AI Chatbot and Voice AI conversations are processed securely, and conversation data may be used to help our team follow up with you and to support quality and accuracy of the service.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from True Level Advisory related to your advisory assessment, scheduling, billing, and account communications.
To operate this program and comply with A2P 10DLC and carrier requirements, we collect your mobile phone number, message content, delivery logs, and opt-in/opt-out records.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including:
