True Level Advisory is a strategic capital advisory firm. We do not lend money, broker loans, or earn commissions or referral fees of any kind from lending partners. We are paid solely by our clients for advisory work (including any optional fractional CFO engagement); we receive no compensation from lenders.
Any referral or introduction to a funding partner is made solely at the client's request and is an introduction only. We do not submit, transmit, or share your documents or financial information with any lender on your behalf — you control all such sharing directly. An introduction does not constitute a loan application, a guarantee of funding, or financial advice. All financing is subject to lender approval and institutional underwriting standards, and we do not guarantee that any engagement, report, or introduction will result in funding or any particular outcome.
You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the authority to enter into these Terms (including on behalf of any entity you represent). True Level Advisory does not knowingly collect or retain information submitted by persons under 18. You assume all responsibility for your use of, and access to, the website.

True Level Advisory uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools, including AI chatbots and Voice AI assistants, to answer questions, guide visitors through our methodology, and process documents submitted for advisory assessments.
License to process your submissions. By submitting documents, data, or interacting with our AI assistants ("User Submissions"), you grant True Level Advisory a limited license to process those submissions solely to provide and fulfill the advisory services you request. You retain all ownership rights in your User Submissions.
Model training. We do not use your identifiable User Submissions (including uploaded financial documents) to train or improve our AI/ML models. Any improvement of our tools is performed only with aggregated and de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you or your business.
No sale of data. True Level Advisory does not sell your data to third parties. Our handling of your information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
AI outputs are "as is." Any outputs, results, or content generated by AI models are provided "as is" for informational and advisory purposes. We do not warrant that such outputs will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose beyond the scope of a defined advisory engagement, and AI outputs are reviewed by our human advisory personnel before being relied upon as advisory conclusions.
By providing your mobile telephone number to True Level Advisory, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to your inquiries, advisory assessments, account updates, and informational messages about our services.
By using this website or sending emails to True Level Advisory, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for access to the website in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This section does not modify the terms of any separate signed advisory engagement agreement, which governs liability for the services provided under it.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Level Advisory and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your User Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
